Basic Class
Recorded live at the Ojai 2013 Meditation retreat, this is an excellent class for daily practice lasting just under an hour. Also included is a special introduction to Amma Sri Karunamayi Yoga by Yogeshwar recorded live at the Atlanta 2013 meditation retreat program.
Gurupurnima 2013
A high energy class! When you have extra time and want to go *deep* in your practice, this class was recorded at the very special Gurupurnima event, the culmination of the 2013 US Tour, with an audience of over 400 devoted practitioners of the teachings of Amma Sri Karunamayi. A longer class with many special gems.
